5Eplay, a Chinese gaming portal and coverage site, have announced a championship featuring eight top teams of China and South Asia in collaboration with NEWMEN, a leading Chinese eSports gear manufacturer.
Not a month has gone since East Asian Championship 2014 and we have another chance to witness Asian Counter-Strike. Apart from inviting eight top Asian teams, 5Eplay will hold two rounds of qualifiers separately for teams located in North and South China.

As far as the prize purse is concerned, top three teams will be awarded with money as well as gear from the main sponsor, NEWMEN.
1. 10,000CNY (~$1,600) + 5x GM500 mechanical keyboard (limited edition red axis) + 5x GX1-PRO mouse pad mouse + 5x mouse clip
2. 5,000CNY (~$800) + 5x GM500 mechanical keyboard (standard version) + 5x GX1-PRO mouse
3. 3,000CNY (~$480) + 5x GM500 mechanical keyboard (standard version) + 5x GX1 mouse
